Mommy Tummy Repair is a comprehensive six week program for new moms designed to help you begin the journey towards a healthier way to move and live in your body after coming through the experience of pregnancy and delivery. Recovery is not automatic and it is important that women of all ages not fall victim to myths and reclaim their bodies. It is not normal to have back or pelvic girdle pain after pregnancy and it is not normal to leak urine. There are things that you can do to help yourself. This program is designed to give you the knowledge and awareness of what is necessary to restore a healthy muscle system for your low back and pelvic joints and the organs they contain.

Open Gym is a great alternative to Personal Training! Open Gym members receive unlimited access to 6 hours per week (and growing) of supervised functional training. Open Gym Members enjoy daily workouts designed and supervised by a Personal Trainer and Kinesiologist, limited memberships and members’ only workshops and events.
Maximum of 8 participants per hour.

Pfilates (Pelvic Floor Pilates) goes beyond basic Kegal exercises. By using movements to condition the pelvic floor, Pfilates also tones the thighs and butt! Dr. McClure uses Pfilates to supplement her Chiropractic practice for new moms and moms to be suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction.
